STEP 1 - AGENCY DEFINES THE SCOPE OF THE REQUEST FOR WILCO GROUP
- The Government Point of Contact (POC) develops a Statement of Work (SOW).
- The POC prepares a cost estimate and obtains the necessary funding.
- The PM selects Wilco Group LLC, an 8(a) certified disadvantaged small business, to execute the work.
STEP 2 - SBA FACILITATES THE OFFER
- The Government Point of Contact (POC) develops a Statement of Work (SOW).
- The POC prepares a cost estimate and obtains the necessary funding.
- The PM selects Wilco Group LLC, an 8(a) certified disadvantaged small business, to execute the work.
STEP 3 - AGENCY AWARDS THE CONTRACT TO WILCO GROUP
- Wilco Group LLC submits the proposal to be evaluated (and negotiated, if necessary) by the agency.
- The contract is awarded to Wilco Group LLC
