We recognize that Agile is about more than just technology and use frameworks like CALMS (Culture, Automation, Lean, Metrics, & Sharing) to assess DevSecOps readiness across an organization. Wilco Group also knows that Agile development methodologies are not “one size fits all” and that different elements may work better for some customers than others (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). We use available tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.) and appropriate frameworks (Scaled Agile) to facilitate critical collaboration between development teams and product owners such as sprint/release planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, wireframe reviews, retrospectives, etc. We also track agile development metrics, monitor trends, and produce information radiator graphics/at-a-glance visual displays and dashboards.

Effectively navigating the SELC is critical to any successful IT implementation and SELC documentation is necessary to fulfill security requirements such as an Authorization to Operate (ATO). Wilco Group has experience with SELC gate preparation, facilitation and documentation as well as with requirements elicitation and traceability from functional requirements to user stories and test cases.
